More than 1,524 companies have an account. The files, the bookkeeping, the meetings, and the sites behind that number, and the approvals that still sit with the owner.
From the Lab to the Actual Work October 27, 2026 When the year started, the question was a single one. Can an AI coworker take the heavy, repetitive admin, so a small business can spend the day on the work and the customers? More than 1,524 companies and users have created an account, at an organic pace of about 32 percent month on month. Together they have sent more than 27,000 messages, had Vorker carry out more than 10,000 tasks, generated more than 31,400 files, and sent more than 3,000 customer emails after a person approved them. The photo above is Pontus Brink, Henrik Djurestål, and Marcus Larsson under the cherry trees in Kungsträdgården, from the spring. The account count is from this autumn. The numbers are half of it. The other half is the rooms. An afternoon at Frilans Finans on 3 September. AfterVork on the roof of NK on 23 September, padel first, then more than 200 people in the evening, with Företagarna. A hackathon in Reaktorhallen R1 on 5 October, 25 metres under KTH. Earlier in the year we bought a Fiat 500, wrapped it in Vorker's pink, and drove out to meet owners where they actually work. Through the spring and summer we also ran AI Labs Live with Devoteam and EY Doberman: live sessions on Vorker doing real work inside the systems a business already uses, without a prompt to wrestle with. What has actually shipped This is not another chat window where you hunt for the right prompt and then copy the answer out by hand. Vorker works in the tools you already have, keeps a versioned file system, and brings the result back for you to approve. A versioned file system, and Memory v2 At the core is a RAG-indexed virtual file system, close to how Git keeps history, together with Memory v2. Documents, quotes, receipts, and analyses are versioned as they are written. Memory v2 is how Vorker keeps a working picture of the company, the customers, and the way you want things said, so the same instruction does not have to be given twice. More on the files themselves: real files, not chat messages. Meetings Connect a calendar, describe a rule in plain language, and Vorker can join the matching calls on Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. After the call, the notes, the action points, and drafts of the follow-up sit ready for approval. How meeting notes work. Bookkeeping with Fortnox and Visma Spiris With the Fortnox and Visma Spiris integrations, Vorker watches the inbox for receipts and supplier invoices, reads them, proposes the accounts, and prepares both the voucher and a Swedish Bankgirot LB payment file. Nothing is booked and nothing is sent until you approve it. About 95 percent of that manual work is gone. The approval stays. Sites, design, and video About half of the new small businesses we meet do not have a current website. Vorker can design and build landing pages, decks, and other marketing material, publish the site, and attach a custom domain in the product without a visit to the DNS settings. It can also produce product and campaign videos, including a cloned voice, in a few minutes. Email in, a morning note out You do not have to open the app to hand work over. Forward a customer email to Vorker with a line like "answer them and draft a quote", and Vorker does the rest, then pings you when the draft is waiting. Each morning it also puts together a briefing: the day's meetings, the tasks that are due, and the follow-ups. Rules for the inbox and the calendar are covered in triggers and rules. What stays true Every feature we ship keeps the same rule. Email that leaves the company, anything published, and anything booked passes through an approval. You keep the decision. The preparation is what you get back. Next is more channels, with WhatsApp on the way, and more time with the owner networks we already work with. Thank you to everyone who came to AfterVork, built with us in Reaktorhallen, and puts Vorker to work on an ordinary weekday.
